Meet our team
Victor Fernandez
Investment Manager
Full-stack engineer and investment strategist. Combines technical expertise with startup evaluation and portfolio management at Ferter. Holds a Computer Science degree from Georgia Tech.
Cosette Rodriguez
Investment Manager
Leads investment analysis, coordinates due diligence and supports portfolio companies and founder relationships. Holds a Master’s in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM).
Lissania Aguirre
Investment Analyst
Holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ). Evaluates startups, researches markets and prepares investment memos, while supporting portfolio monitoring.
